Teacher Support Beta

Punjab Educare includes a built-in support channel that allows registered teachers to send messages directly to the app's admin or developer — whether for navigating the app, understanding a feature, or getting help with a specific operation on the platform.

Availability

This feature is currently in beta on the latest versions of the apps.

Available on:

  • Android v6.15.0 or later
  • Teacher Desktop v1.6.0 or later

What it supports

  • Send a support message with a subject and description.
  • Attach files for additional context (e.g. screenshots or documents).
  • View the full conversation thread and track the status of your request.
  • Continue the conversation until your issue is resolved.

How it works

  1. Open the Support section from the app menu.
  2. Create a new support request with a subject and your message.
  3. Optionally attach a file to provide context.
  4. Your request is sent to the admin or developer for review.
  5. Replies appear in the conversation thread — you'll be notified when there's an update.
