Teacher Support (In Development)

Punjab Educare includes an in-app support module for teachers to raise issues, request help, and track conversations with the internal support/admin team.

Availability

Desktop support is rolling out shortly (expected within a few days). Mobile support is currently in development.

What it supports

  • Ticket-based support workflow (create ticket, view status, continue conversation).
  • Conversation thread per ticket with message history.
  • Optional file attachments to provide context (for example screenshots or documents).

How it works

  1. Create a support ticket with a subject and message.
  2. Optionally attach supporting files.
  3. The ticket appears in your ticket list with a status (open, in progress, resolved/closed).
  4. Continue the conversation inside the ticket thread until it is resolved.
